On the morning of March 21, Zhejiang Classic Hi-Tech Materials Incorporated Company officially signed an agreement to purchase the real estate, land and ancillary equipment of the former Zhejiang Xianfeng synthetic leather Co., Ltd., located at No. 332, Green Valley Avenue, development zone, with a building area of 28000 square meters and a land area of 27000 square meters.
Classic company is a national high-tech enterprise, which is committed to the R&D, production and sales of chemicals in pulp and paper, daily chemical and other industries, and has mature technology and market. The company has 30 sets of modern production equipment, including 10 sets of reaction devices with an annual production capacity of about 40000 tons of various chemicals. With the continuous development of the company, the existing site is far from meeting the development needs of the company.
To this end, the management committee contacted and docked, and the company purchased the assets of the original Feng company to carry out a second venture. Classic company is an important manufacturer of papermaking auxiliaries in China. Compared with traditional products, its products are clean, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and consumption reducing, which is an important development direction of the new material industry in the development zone. The disposal of Xianfeng assets also revitalized the land resources of the development zone.
