Lishui held the signing ceremony of intellectual property custody service platform
To further promote the construction of the national intellectual property pilot city and enhance the patent creation and application capabilities of enterprises, on the morning of August 16th, the Intellectual Property Bureau of Lishui City and the Intellectual Property Talent Training Base of Lishui City jointly held a signing ceremony for the intellectual property trusteeship service platform. Five enterprises, including Sanlian Environmental Protection,Classic Hi-Tech Materials, and Zhejiang Jiali Industrial Co., Ltd., respectively signed patent trusteeship cooperation agreements with patent service institutions such as the Lishui Office of Hangzhou Fenghe Patent Agency and the Lishui Office of Zhejiang Ke Patent Agency.
Intellectual property (IP) trusteeship refers to the combination of an enterprise's demand for IP management with the specialized services of IP service institutions. Under the strict condition of keeping the enterprise's business secrets confidential, the enterprise entrusts the service institution to manage all or part of its IP-related affairs, and provides a service model tailored to the enterprise, including patent information analysis, patent application document writing, patent application process services, system construction, patent operation, rights protection, novelty search and analysis, etc. The Lishui Talent Cultivation Base, as the implementing unit of the trusteeship work, is responsible for the overall operation of the IP trusteeship work, supervising the IP service institutions to provide professional trusteeship services to the entrusted enterprises, and undertaking the responsibility of coordination and communication.
After the signing ceremony, a symposium was held among the four parties involved in the trusteeship work: the leading party, the supervisory party, the entrusting party and the entrusted party. Each entrusted service institution, based on its own service characteristics and in line with the requirements of the trusteeship work, put forward ideas and expressed their attitudes on conducting and improving the service work, and had on-site exchanges with the representatives of the enterprises. The intermediary service institutions promised to fully enhance the quality of service, think from the perspective of the enterprises, provide targeted services for them, and promote the enterprises' technological innovation capabilities. The signing enterprises also expressed their determination to enhance their understanding and take advantage of the opportunity of implementing the trusteeship project at the Lishui Intellectual Property Talent Training Base to improve their technological innovation capabilities and provide technological support for their long-term development.
