Ⅱ.Effect Overview（After foaming treatment）

（1）The leather surface is rough and has a strong graininess；

（2）Has a strong imitation leather effect；

（3）Excellent wear and scratch resistance；

（4）Suitable for shoe leather, luggage leather, etc；

Ⅲ.Recommended Processing Technology：

（1）After adding color, direct coating or roll coating process can be used；

（2）Drying at 100 ℃ ±, foaming at 160 ℃ -170 ℃ for 1.5-2 minutes; Choosing an embossing machine for the best foaming effect；

（3）Grinding process can be used after foaming；

Ⅳ.Precautions：

（1）Do not mix water vapor in use；

（2）General hazardous chemicals, with a storage period of 6 months; Viscosity should be retested before use for more than 3 months；

（3）This product is stored at 5 ℃ -35 ℃, in a cool and dry place, protected from sun and rain, and sealed immediately after use；

（4）The prepared slurry shall be used within 24h and shall be stirred again before use；
